astle Hill Tyres & Auto is looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team full-time.
About the Role
We are seeking someone with:
Excellent communication skillsStrong customer service and phone etiquette
A positive and professional attitude
Good organisational and computer skills
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
Mechanical or tyre industry background is highly regarded
Key Duties
Answering phone calls and assisting customers
Booking vehicles and managing appointments
Greeting customers at reception
Processing invoices and payments
Providing service and parts quotes
Asking the right questions to accurately understand customer concerns and relay information clearly to the mechanics
Supporting the workshop team with administration tasks
We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with customers to help ensure vehicles are diagnosed and serviced efficiently.
Working HoursMonday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
