Job Title: Contract AdministratorReports To: Migration Agent

Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 AUD per annum
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Port Kennedy office. This role is critical in managing the lifecycle of contracts that support our migration services—from clients and recruitment agents to unions and government departments.You will ensure that all contractual documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with operational timelines, while supporting our Migration Agent and the wider team in delivering efficient outcomes for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts involving clients, recruitment agents, government bodies, and service providers.Manage contract records and ensure timely execution, renewals, variations, and terminations.
Maintain a centralized and organized repository of all current and historical contract documents.
Monitor key dates, deliverables, and compliance obligations using internal tracking systems.
Compliance & Risk Oversight:Ensure all contracts adhere to legal, regulatory, and operational standards, especially in migration and employment-related matters.
Identify potential risks or non-compliance and escalate to the Migration Agent or relevant legal advisors.
Collaborate with internal and external parties to clarify terms and maintain compliance readiness.
Stakeholder Coordination:Serve as contract liaison between Soft Landing Migrations and: Recruitment Agents

Participating Businesses
Visa Applicants
Coordinate the timely exchange of documentation and feedback among stakeholders to keep migration timelines on track.
Support onboarding processes for new clients and service partners through contract facilitation.
Administrative Support: Maintain and update contract templates to reflect legal and process updates.
Provide routine reports to leadership on contract statuses, expirations, and action items.Support ongoing process improvements related to document management and stakeholder communication.
Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or government liaison roles.
Understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance—especially in the migration, recruitment, or legal sectors.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Experience working with government departments, unions, or visa-related contracts is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
