Job Description
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Projects Team and Program Director.
  • Assist with coordination and documentation across a large number of minor and major projects.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including construction contractors and contract administrators.
  • Support on boarding processes for new contractors.
  • Prepare reports using Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Format documents, track work-flows, and ensure deadlines are met.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in project administration or senior administrative roles (FIFO experience highly regarded).
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confident, outgoing, and able to build relationships quickly.
  • Level-headed, mature, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
