• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Micropay systems
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
• Resolve payroll discrepancies through detailed checking and auditing
• Maintain employee records and payroll data
• Generate reports for internal and external use
• Comply with all relevant legislation and industry standards
• Assist with tax calculation and deductions
• Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees and management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Officer - Micropay should have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Micropay systems
• Proficiency in all areas of payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and industrial awards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• A salary package of $80'000 inclusive of superannuation
