The role:
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely billing of customer invoices
- Chasing any outstanding debts
- Perform account reconciliations
- Processing refunds
- Apply process improvement suggestions
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensuring all month end tasks are complete
Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
- Able to build relationships with customers/clients
- Team player
- Intermediate/Advanced excel skills
- Available on short notice (maximum 1 week)
