Bilingual Accountant (Chinese/English)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant who is fluent in both Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Cantonese is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, both in China and international markets, with deep knowledge of Chinese products—particularly in kitchen applications and bakery products.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting operations, including preparing financial reports and managing general ledgers.
Handle cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Provide financial insights to help guide business decisions.
Collaborate with different teams and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Conduct fieldwork and business-related tasks during non-peak hours, as well as assist in other duties as needed.
What We’re Looking ForFluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with exposure to both Chinese and international markets.
In-depth knowledge of Chinese products (particularly kitchen appliances and bakery items).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to travel and assist in tasks beyond typical accounting duties.
Strong proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant systems).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).

Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with tax regulations and business practices in both China and international contexts.
