Salary range: $75,000-85,000

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Administrator/Manager to work for our group. You are responsible for coordinating and managing shopfitting and relevant projects, ensuring successful execution across our group.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, including contracts, variations, schedules, milestones, invoicing, and payments.
  • Gathering, organizing, and maintaining project documentation to guarantee full compliance with required standards.
  • Liaising with builders, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure goals are met.
  • Recording and reporting project issues for management attention.
  • Distributing tasks to appropriate personnel and coordinating their work.
  • Supervising contractor activities and providing reports on any deviations.
  • Conducting on-site visits to assess project progress and reaching out to relevant parties for necessary updates.
  • Analysing project data for future reference and reporting on project outcomes.
Required Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year’s working experience in a relevant role.
  • Proven experience with the hospitality industry is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Understanding project management principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of contract documentation.
  • Knowledge of document control and record-keeping practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and associated documents.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Highly organised collaborative team player.
  • Must be punctual, organised, motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Onsite competency for subcontractor coordination, site safety, and compliance.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
