Salary range: $75,000-85,000
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Administrator/Manager to work for our group. You are responsible for coordinating and managing shopfitting and relevant projects, ensuring successful execution across our group.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, including contracts, variations, schedules, milestones, invoicing, and payments.
- Gathering, organizing, and maintaining project documentation to guarantee full compliance with required standards.
- Liaising with builders, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure goals are met.
- Recording and reporting project issues for management attention.
- Distributing tasks to appropriate personnel and coordinating their work.
- Supervising contractor activities and providing reports on any deviations.
- Conducting on-site visits to assess project progress and reaching out to relevant parties for necessary updates.
- Analysing project data for future reference and reporting on project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
- At least 3 year’s working experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience with the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Understanding project management principles and methodologies.
- Understanding of contract documentation.
- Knowledge of document control and record-keeping practices.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and associated documents.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and proactively.
- Highly organised collaborative team player.
- Must be punctual, organised, motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Onsite competency for subcontractor coordination, site safety, and compliance.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
