Storeman - Delivery Driver

Strathpine based wholesale business requires a Storeman & Delivery Driver.

Experience is not necessary, but you will require the ability to work and improve your skills. who has forklift skills, dealt with general stores work and has experience with warehousing and can be a leading hand in our warehouse/factory.

The job involves the Unloading truck deliveries & check stock. Picking sales orders, packing and dispatch, from our warehouse. We deliver many orders in our vans to sites around Brisbane.

We are a small company, so this role is in close liaison with other warehouse staff, the sales and office people and our customers - it is an important job.

Our work is diverse, and our customers are interesting.

Job Responsibility

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

1. Loading and unloading trucks
2. Picking, packing and dispatch customer orders
3. Pick up goods from suppliers as needed
4. Delivery to customers in the Brisbane area
5. Assisting with stock control
6. Cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.

1. Australian driver’s licence essential ("C" Class, Open, Manual Licence)
2. Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
3. Attention to detail.
4. Able to regularly lift cartons and drums up to approx. 25kgs

After a qualifying period, full-time permanent employment may be offered.
