The role:We are seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive our sales initiatives and engage with clients across varied sectors. This position plays a vital role in our growth strategy by identifying opportunities and crafting solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical sales efforts for EnerMech, focusing on understanding clients' technical requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to drive technical discussions and support the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, demonstrating EnerMech's capabilities and technical expertise.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new products, and areas for potential sales growth.
- Manage the preparation of Technical quotations and commercial proposals.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining client engagement and satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a technical sales role within the engineering or energy sectors.
- Strong technical background, with experience in fluid power products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
