Restaurant Manager

South Street Ale House is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service and quality standards.
• Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain efficient stock levels.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
