• Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and tablets using state of the art equipment in a while-you-wait, customer-facing environment.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
• Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner.
• Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional, courteous, friendly manner.
• Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and real-time status of customer repairs.
• Organize, receive stock and mage inventory in accordance with Company requirements.
• Work with the team to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.

• Strong aptitude, desire and/or experience in repairing electronics.
• Strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of smartphone and tablet functionality both hardware and software.
• Self-motivated and sales driven, you have the ability to connect with and influence customers.
• Take personal pride and satisfaction in providing the customer with the complete solution for all their wireless needs.
• Transparent, Honest and Trustworthy.
• Work best in a collaborative, small team environment.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
