• Coding and matching supplier invoices
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions
• Preparing and processing payments in a timely manner
• Reconciling and processing intercompany invoices including stock invoices
• Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
• Managing corporate credit cards and expense reimbursements
• Assisting with month-end closing processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• 3-5 years experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and large accounting systems is essential, SAP preferred
• Prior experience working for a business with multiple entities
• Previous exposure to corporate card management
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
