JL INTERNATIONAL CORP came to life in November 2023 and our founders plan to bring exceptional California-style Mexican cuisine to Sydney. BAJA has a relaxing beer garden where amazing events often take place. JL INTERNATIONAL CORP plan to open three restaurants in Sydney.

We are looking at recruiting Cook‘s for our team, here you will work with team and receive professional training.

• Have a passion for food and commitment to learn and progress.
• Exam food stuffs to ensure quality and set up all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Operate cooking equipment and cooking food.
• Prepare, serve and store food items about the requirements of our Kitchen.
• prepare food to meet special dietary requirements.
• Ensure all our policies and procedures, health and hygiene requirements are adhered to.
• clean food preparation areas.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Have excellent communication skills and consider themselves a team player
• Be innovative and creative.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cook
• Drive, personality creative flair and a love of food
• Ability to maintain a continual high standard of food quality and presentation
• Strong adherence to food standards, operating procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Motivated and hard working
• Passion for the restaurant and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
