Are you an experienced Chef or Cook looking for an exciting opportunity? Southcamp is seeking talented individuals for both Junior and Senior positions. We welcome applications from chefs and cooks of all levels, with full-time and casual roles available for the right candidates.
Head Chef Opportunity: If you are an experienced head chef, we need you to lead our kitchen team and help expand our operations to make this busy venue a success.
About Southcamp: Located in the heart of Dunsborough, Southcamp boasts a bar, brewery, beer garden, short stay apartments, cosy cabins, and a café space. Our village caters to both locals and tourists, offering a relaxed, coastal vibe with a menu that focuses on fresh seafood and local produce, all with a Mexican influence.It's the perfect spot to share a meal with friends after a day at the beach.
What We Are Looking For:- A Motivational Leader: Someone who enjoys inspiring a team, maintains high standards, and provides clear delegation and constructive feedback.
- Passionate Chefs/Cooks: Individuals eager to build a reputation for a large-scale venue, create weekly food specials, and develop F&B offerings for multiple outlets and events.
- Experienced Professionals: Candidates with experience in menu development, recipe costings, and rostering.
- Cool Operators: Those who remain calm under pressure, foster a positive working atmosphere, and want to contribute to the direction of an exciting new venue.
- Food Enthusiasts: Passionate about cooking and eager to try new things.
