Qualifications and experience –Relevant qualifications with at least 5 years related work experience.
Duties -- Inspecting food to ensure quality
- Managing oven, grill, and other equipment temperatures
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Adding seasoning during cooking
- Plating food with sauces and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature-controlled environments
- Preparing food for special dietary requirements
- Potentially planning menus and estimating food quantities
- Training kitchen staff and apprentices
- Work experience in Sri Lankan and Middle - East restaurants and making Sea food dishes will be highly regarded.
- Team player
- Time management
- Good communication skills.
- Able to handle work pressure
Salary - AUD 75,000 - AUD 85000 + Super
