Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain top-notch standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Prepare curries and sauces
  • Innovatively manage and oversee kitchen operations.
  • Maintain Food Safety
  • Lead and coordinate kitchen staff activities.
  • Ensure positive customer interactions and overall satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage inventory, procurement, and supply orders.
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a relevant Diploma.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position (38 hours/week).
