Your role and responsibilities
In this role to have the opportunity to Manage Service Agreement Contracts (PowerCare Agreements), ensuring all contract management activities such as administration, coordination, reporting and billing, are executed in accordance with the relevant Business directives and instructions, including Company procedures and the Contract Management Framework.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division based in Notting Hill, Victoria.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
- Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
- Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
- Project execution as per scope terms of agreement (from project award to completion)
- Monitor Cost Plans and report any deviations and prepare periodic status report.
- Coordinate scheduling to meet scope requirements with customer and other stake holders,
- Request billing as per contract agreement and arrange for revenue as per Guidelines.
- Manage and Coordinate 24/7 framework and schedule (roster rotation) of support staff.
- Manage Install Base data (ServIS) of equipment covered in contract agreement scope.
- Qualification in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in financial and commercial acumen.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, FSL and Microsoft suites.
- Strong communication, influencing and organizational skills.
