Chisholm is seeking an experienced Campus Coordinator for our Campus Services & Infrastructure team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Campus Coordinator, your key responsibilities include-
Drive contractor performance and service delivery outcomes, maintaining a strong customer focus in all aspects of operations and ensuring safety, quality and cost control for all activities on-siteBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and work with contractors to ensure maintenance service provision is completed on time and within budget, with minimum disruption to campus services
Ensure facilities-related risks are identified, reported, prioritised, and resolved in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in the development of projects for input around strategic, compliance and budget objectivesSupervise, monitor and support internal and external service providers ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements, contractor management and other Chisholm policies
Coordinate and direct activities for CSI gardener/handymen.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed knowledge and have the ability to apply relevant codes, legislation and policy ensuring compliance at all times and in managing multiple tasks ensuring each task is completed on time and within budget constraints.
You have a demonstrated awareness of OHS Regulations and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications required for the role
Post-secondary or relevant post-trade qualification or demonstrated industry experience at a supervisor level.
