As the brand & team continue to expand, we are excited to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Arc'teryx Australia and New Zealand Paid Media channel to develop strong consumer relationships, build brand equity, help consumers discover and purchase our products and accelerate business growth
Responsibilities include:
- Daily Operations: Manage the execution of Arc’teryx campaigns following Marketing calendar across our digital marketing landscape.
- Paid Media: Plan and execute paid media campaign briefs across Google and Meta platforms and managing relationships with our external PPC agency.
- Database Acquisition Management: plan, coordinate and execute database acquisition campaigns.
- Planning: Coordinate with marketing, digital and eComm teams to create unified and consistent messaging in line with brand tone of voice.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Plan and manage advertising budget required to achieve Arc’teryx business objectives and be responsible for ad budget forecasting.
- Content: Work with our partners, teams and Global brand team to plan, collate, and create content in line with marketing calendar.
- Relationship: Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, Global brand team as well as local athletes, ambassadors, and agencies.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on digital marketing objectives and KPIS. Providing insights based on data-driven sources (e.g. Google Trends, Meta reports, competitor research, etc).
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Media Advertising
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or eCommerce
- Strong Excel and copywriting skills.
