They are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team in Chadstone in Victoria.- The Role:
- The Responsibilities:
Analysing data from different channels to develop marketing strategies, plans and ideas for marketing campaigns.
Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing policies, objectives, and programs to support the growth and expansion of company products.
Researching about industry related events, publications, trade shows and announcements to identify new business ideas and market promotions for the organisations.
Conduct market research on property listings, develop targeted advertising strategies, and
identify unique selling points. Provide the sales team with pricing insights and recommendations for procurement and property staging.
Coordinate pre-launch activities such as property staging, photography, videography, and image editing, ensuring all advertising materials are prepared by the deadline.
Copywriting highlighting property features, upload photos, and verify all information for accuracy and completeness.
Publish listings on booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Marriott etc., adapting presentation styles to suit each platform and guest demographic.
Oversee social media presence to drive brand awareness.
Monitor SEO performance, adjusting keywords and content to enhance listing visibility on search engines and booking platforms.
Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
Track guest inquiries and post-stay feedback, refining ad content based on guest insights and suggesting improvements to the sales team.
Analyse guest reviews, providing actionable feedback to the sales and operations teams to ensure a superior guest experience, improve reviews, and drive sales.
Study successful industry cases and strategies, apply best practices to boost listing performance and enhance sales.
Advising management on all possible potential marketing opportunities by screening market strategies, product mix, pricing and by evaluating advertising/sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
Be readily available to advise and meet with marketing agents, external vendors and agencies as required.
Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
Working closely with Finance Manager in setting up marketing targets and budgeting.
Conducting SWOT analysis before and after the launch of the product for its successes.
Setting the budget and medium of promotion for new/existing product
Researching about industry related events, news, publications, trade shows and announcements to identify new business ideas and market promotions for the organisations
Be readily available to advise and meet with external vendors and agencies as required.
Working closely with director in setting up marketing targets and budgeting.
The Requirements:
Bachelor degree in marketing, media and communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marketing field
At least 2 years of experience social and digital marketing
Minimum of 2 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads
At least 2 years of SEO experience in content optimization
Familiarity with major booking platforms and social media management.
Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
