Group Finance Manager - Remote (Newly Created Role)

Robert Half is working with a firm to recruit a Group Finance Manager. This is a newly created, fully remote role. This position will lead financial operations and reporting, manage a small local team, and collaborate across global finance functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated and local reports.
- Manage a team and support global finance coordination.
- Deliver reporting and liaise with auditors.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic projects.
- Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous improvement.
- Support technical accounting compliance and policy implementation.
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives globally.
- Coach and develop direct reports; influence stakeholders through strong communication.
- CA/CPA qualified with experience in group reporting and audit.
- Strong reporting and technical accounting knowledge.
- Leadership experience with the ability to work remotely and independently.
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
