THE OPPORTUNITY Shell House Dining Room & Terrace, a celebrated 2-hatted restaurant and bar, is seeking highly skilled Section Waiters to join our exceptional team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a renewed vision of providing a world-leading dining experience in the heart of Sydney's CBD.We are looking for casual staff, to work Monday to Saturday, meaning you will have Sundays off. THE VENUE Shell House is an adventure. We curate a complete experience - amazing food, great drinks served in space that is award winning in design with a lively and engaging atmosphere.

ABOUT YOU You have had at least 3 years of relevant experience in a hatted restaurant setting. You are passionate about great customer service and enjoy the interaction with customers. You have a genuine interest in food and beverage and creating memorable dining experiences.
You want to be part of a vibrant and friendly team, who support each other to consistently deliver the best guest experience. You go above and beyond for guest experience.
