Roccella Italian Restaurant is now looking for an experienced Trade Waiter to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

1. Supervision, training and coordination of FOH employees;
2. Taking orders and reservations from clients;
3. Cleaning tables after services and setting tables for new customers;
4. Arranging tables on the restaurant;
5. Welcoming clients and taking them to their table;
6. Serving dishes and drinks;
7. Recommending special dishes and wines according to menu availability and selection;
8. Serving water and drinks;
9. Collecting payments after service;
10. Ensuring customers enjoy their dining experience;

About you:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Trade Waiter;
2. Ability to work well under pressure;
3. Ability to serve clients effectively and efficiently;
4. Excellent interpersonal skills;
5. Excellent customer service;

Salary $73,000 - $78,000
