Cadence Accountants and Advisors have the expertise and experience to offer a full range of accounting, and business advisory services while also helping businesses by providing well thought out plans and strategies to help clients achieve their ?nancial and personal goals. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking full-time Accountant for an immediate start.

Duties:

• Preparation of annual financial reports including the profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Responsible for financial reporting and analysis on portfolios forecast and actual financial performance.
• Prepare and lodge BAS and payments as well as reconciliation of GST outgoings and incomings.
• Monitor bookkeeping, assets management and budget project costing.
• Prepare month end report, manage accounts receivable/ payable.
• Review the financial statements.
• Develop, implement, and keep updated all financial policies and procedures including internal control procedures.
• Project costing and capital asset evaluation.
• Formulate organisational budgetary and accounting policies.
• Ensure the statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
• Analyse and report company income and expenditure.
• Providing assurance about the accuracy of the information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirement.

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in the industry is mandatory.
• In depth experience in MYOB, XERO and other accounting software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Good team player.
