Full Time Role

As a threading specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier brow and lash services, creating customized designs, and ensuring the highest standards of client care. Threading specialist skills are rare to find locally, making your expertise invaluable to our team and clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing customised brow shapes, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the beauty treatments. Your expertise and passion for precise threading techniques will be essential in delivering a memorable and flawless beauty experience for our clients.

You will also train and supervise junior beauty therapists, ensuring high standards of service and technique.

• Threading Services: Perform expert eyebrow, upper lip, chin, and facial hair removal using advanced threading techniques. Tailor each treatment to individual client needs and preferences.
• Brow & Lash Design: Design and shape brows to complement individual facial features, using precision threading to create symmetrical and natural-looking results.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs, explain treatment options, and provide expert advice on brow and lash care.
• Skin Care & Aftercare: Advise clients on appropriate aftercare treatments, including recommendations for soothing products to minimize irritation and promote healthy skin.
• Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring all tools are sterilized and that a safe, clean environment is maintained.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized service, fostering trust, and ensuring repeat business.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest beauty trends and techniques and attend training workshops to continuously improve skills and service offerings.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-time Beauty Therapist (senior level preferred).
• Expertise in Threading: Proficient in performing eyebrow, upper lip, chin, and facial hair removal using advanced threading techniques with precision and care.
• Excellent Customer Service: Ability to deliver exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Training & Supervision: Proven ability to train and supervise junior beauty therapists, ensuring high standards of service and technique.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain treatments, provide aftercare advice, and build rapport with clients.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in threading and an eye for shaping brows and enhancing facial features to suit individual clients.
• Hygiene & Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Time Management: Ability to manage appointments effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of services and timely client interactions.
