NXT GIG is seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our quality assurance team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality software products. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, as well as maintaining the automation testing framework.
You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify testing needs, create test scripts, and ensure that all software releases meet our rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in automation testing, proficiency in testing tools, and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle principles.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working with the development team to resolve them.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
- Conduct performance testing and ensure applications perform efficiently under load.
- Review and analyze test results, providing insights on quality metrics and improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends in automation testing tools and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Tester or in a similar testing role.
- Strong proficiency with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
