Collaborating with our team of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in core banking and lending areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
- Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
- Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
- Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions and digital transformation related delivery to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
- Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
- Deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking
- Extensive network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks in the region.
- Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
- Business fluent in English.
