What you bring to the party:
Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a team-first attitude
Mix classic and contemporary cocktails to recipe, and craft simple, balanced bar specialities
Engage guests — make recommendations, offer tasting notes, and ensure a great experience from arrival to last call
Previous bar experience or equivalent hospitality background — cocktail experience essential
Solid knowledge of spirits, beer and wine basics, and an interest in cocktail technique and flavour balance
Comfortable working fast paced shifts and able to stay calm under pressure
You must be available for nights, weekends and some public holidaysVic RSA
