About the Roles
AWX Cairns are seeking Expressions of Interest from highly motivated and experienced Delivery Drivers for work in a fast-paced environment. These roles will be casual with the possibility of ongoing opportunities for the right person. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.
Role Requirements- Current forklift (desirable)
- MR truck licence (or Higher)
- Physically be able to load/unload containers & delivery vehicles.
- Drivers licence and own transport.
- Able to undertake and pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test prior to starting.
- National Police check (highly regarded)
- Must be based in Cairns area.
- Complete deliveries.
- Some Pick, Pack & cross checking of orders.
- Load & unload deliveries at various residential & commercial sites including accurate completion of paperwork.
- Machine operation.
- Forklift operation.
- Manual labour, warehousing, and general housekeeping.
- Ability to work well within team environment.
