Due to continual growth, we are seeking a fun, energetic customer service officer to join our RTO administration team.

About the role...

In this role you will be the first point of call and will also assist in a range of administration duties that support the RTO.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and is also confident in their administration skills.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to grow their skills and step into an RTO environment

Some of the duties include:

  • Taking enquiries
  • Support both potentials students and referral agencies
  • Processing of enrolments
  • Resulting assessments
  • Processing enrolment amendments and completions which result in certificate issuances
  • Attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given timeframes

This is a role full that is full of variety and no given day will be the same!

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia in addition to a current Working with Children Blue Card is required.
