About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Tinting Service Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tinting professionals, coordinating workflow, maintaining quality assurance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day tinting operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and mentor a team of tinting technicians, providing training and support as needed.
- Maintain and uphold high service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Monitor job scheduling and workflow to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and equipment, coordinating with suppliers as required.
- Provide expert customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency in tinting and protective film applications.
- Work closely with senior management to improve operational processes and efficiency.
- Minimum of 1 Year experience in window tinting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee a busy workshop environment.
- Proficiency in various window tinting techniques, including experience with industry-leading products.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and industry compliance standards.
- Physical ability to perform tinting tasks in various conditions, including prolonged standing and working in confined spaces.
