Lely Oceania operates throughout Australia and New Zealand with a progressive and decisive team. As the point of contact for our network of Lely Centre’s in the region, we work in collaboration alongside Lely HQ to ensure that we offer a complete package from sales and service support for the farmer.

This dynamic role will require a blend of direct farmer-facing support and remote advisory services, with travel within the region, and internationally when required, to deliver expertise and assistance where needed. Expect each day to present unique challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact to farmers.

• Proactively identify and engage key stakeholders, including farmers, industry partners and local organizations.
• Establish communication strategies to foster positive relationships and address potential challenges effectively.

• Empower and mentor Lely Centre FMS, promoting their growth through targeted training program and ongoing coaching sessions to enhance their advisory capabilities.
• Integrate Lely's products into business solutions, enabling Lely Centre FMS to provide comprehensive support to farmers.
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge, training and updates to Lely Centre’s, ensuring alignment with Lely HQ's vision and objectives.

• Act as the critical link for escalated issues between farmers and Lely Centre’s, providing timely and effective support.
• Ensure a seamless support experience by coordinating with relevant teams and resources to resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize Lely tools for effective reporting and progress monitoring, keeping Lely HQ and local Centre’s informed and aligned.

• Bachelor of Agriculture or equivalent tertiary education.
• At least 5 years solid and relevant farm management experience in robot milking systems.
• Strong knowledge and experience in farm and herd management.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Open-minded and proactive approach to communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to take initiative and motivate others proactively.
• Adept at fostering partnerships and inspiring teams to achieve common goals
• Valid Australian working visa.
• Valid Driver License
• Able to travel within Australia and Internationally.
• Have the ability and be comfortable with regular travelling.
