Responsibilities and tasks:
Manage the assigned project comprehensively.Provide human and material resources to carry out the project.
Organize all technical departments of the company.
Determine the commissioning schedule and propose coherent technical and economic offers.
Ensure the progress of the project in terms of costs, quality, and deadlines.
Agree on subcontracting and oversee costs, quality, and deadlines.
Ensure the industrial launch of the product in collaboration with the factories.
Interact with the areas to coordinate and agree on the project priorities and schedules.
Skills or experience required for the position:
Possession of a higher engineering degree.At least least three years of experience in the same sector, or five years in a different one.
Previous project management experience.
Intermediate-advanced English, spoken and written.
It is necessary to have the following skills and competencies: teamwork and cooperation, results orientation, order and quality, initiative, self-confidence, organisational knowledge, correct response to mistake, languages, people management, leadership, active listening, reaction capacity.
