Administration Assistant
The Company
Our client is a key player in the health sector who is looking for a strong Administration Assistant for a minimum of 6 months. This opportunity will be within a project landscape so flexibility and drive towards deliverables are key! Please note this position is completely on site.
The Role
This role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:
- Ensure key stakeholder relationships are positively fostered, and all client enquires are actioned appropriately and efficiently
- General administration and project support
- Assist in providing adequate and effective communication to key stakeholders and liaise with internal departments
- Capture and facilitate electronic and other result delivery formats as required, retriggering results to clinicians where appropriate
- Database management
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- General clerical and data entry duties such as filing and report distribution
Your Profile
You will have experience in administration
You will have experience using Microsoft Suite
You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
You will have exceptional attention to detail
