Job Description- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts within the financial services industry.
- Develop strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in Sydney.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast sales targets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in Sydney.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A competitive salary package in the range of AUD 108,000 to AUD 140,000.
