Chef - Perth
The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of an experienced and creative Chef to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Responsible for cooking and serving food, while coordinating other kitchen staffBaking, grilling, steaming and boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods
Creating new dishes and planning seasonal menus
Ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation
Preparing for service (which includes ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary ingredients, as well as cleaning, cutting and marinating food)
Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience is preferred.Qualification in Commercial Cookery
Must be able to manage a small team
Must be able to work independently
Must be creative
Remuneration : $70,000 - $75,000 per year + superannuation

This is a full-time position in Busselton. Therefore, suitable candidate is expected to live in the Southwest of WA region.
