What You'll Do- Work with stakeholders to translate their requirements into high-quality user stories, including personas and acceptance criteria, ensuring the stories can be tested both functionally and non-functionally and align to the product strategy
- Work with the product manager and delivery lead to prioritise the backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and other factors.
- Formulate user stories for integration-based features with sufficient technical details
- Translate business goals into technical requirements, ensuring that each microservice addresses specific business functions or services.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation including business functionality, workflows, dependencies, interfaces, and SLAs.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed on progress and timings
What you'll bring
Coming from a digital background, you will demonstrate business acumen, excellent communication and technical know-how that will help drive success. You’re as comfortable facilitating sessions with stakeholders as you are with breaking down bugs and getting into the technical nitty-gritty with the team.You can narrow in on the data and the detail and widen to see the bigger picture. Most importantly, you should have the skills to take an idea from
inception to delivery.- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and principles
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web service technologies.
- Ability to break down complex business needs into smaller, actionable tasks that align with microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated experience as a business analyst in delivering complex initiatives in high-performing teams in an agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
