Revital Physiotherapy (soon to be Revital Allied Health) is looking to hire an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in servicing our patients, which are mainly a caseload of:
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
- NDIS Participants (0-65 Years old)
- Home Care Package (HCP) Elderly Clients (65 Years+)
Both New-Graduate and Experienced OTs can apply for this role!
Salary Range: $100k - 150k + Super + Commission/BenefitsYour responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Prescribing Assistive Technology (AT) and relevant Home modifications
- Seeking to improve and maintain the function of our patients
- Travelling to client's homes in the community
- Completing relevant administrative work relating to your work with NDIS Participants and HCP clients
- Liaising with the Allied Health Team to collaboratively help our client's hit their goals
