We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Practice Nurse to join our clinic located in Epping.
We will provide the training to the right candidate.
Your duties will include (but not limited to):

This is a modern clinic which has a diverse patient demographic and conveniently located with easy access via local/city roads and freeways. Also, readily accessible by public transport and has onsite parking for patients and staff
Available for shifts between Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5.00pmYour duties will include (but not limited to):
- Venepuncture
- Effective & efficient management of patient recall/reminder systems
- Loading Shared Health Summaries to patients My Health Record accounts
- Collection, coordination & maintenance of patient clinical data
- Assisting GPs with monitoring patient clinical outcomes
- Adult and child immunisations and related checks
- Understanding of Chronic Disease Management Plans, Diabetes & Asthma.
- Initiating thorough Health assessments for eligible groups
- Infection control & cold chain management
- Stock control / ordering for all medical equipment / consumables
- Maintaining the treatment room & other clinical areas to accreditation standards
- General expected nursing duties
- Sterilising
- Assist reception in triaging patients & prioritising emergency situations and be willing to jump in for administration support when needed and with a smile
- GP Practice Nurse Experience
- Experience working as Nurse
- AHPRA registration
- Current CPR Certificate
- Evidence of vaccination / immunity history
- Work rights in Australia or be eligible for such
