We are seeking a casual trainer to deliver Cert III in Individual Support 1 day per week. Preparing our students for a fulfilling career!
  • Qualifications and experience in Aged Care or Disability would be a requirement.

The opportunity

Ongoing casual role offering one day per week - share your hands on knowledge and experience to empower our students to fulfil their career aspirations.
  • Use your current training experience and play a part in developing people's careers
  • Be able to impart not just the theory, but real-life stories of workforce experiences

  • You will enjoy taking the time to communicate a message in different styles and approaches to ensure your message is received by a range of learners
  • You will have an inclusive and supportive approach to people
  • Play a part in your local community to assist students in gaining the right skills so they can get the right job
  • Casual position - 1 day per week (face to face)
About you
  • Must hold a current up to date TAE40116 including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B
  • Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Aged or Disability
  • Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
  • Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training
Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
  • Relevant qualifications and industry currency (please place your currency on your resume for reference)
