• Analyse current business systems and processes to detect issues, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather, define, and validate system requirements.
• Create detailed functional solutions and develop test plans to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation to guide system developers in the implementation of changes.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of system modifications to ensure functionality, integration, and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and test results.

Qualifications/Attributes:

• Must hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
• Must possess at least a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in documenting system requirements and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with business process modelling tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
