The Role
As our Business Analyst, you'll be a critical link between business objectives and operational solutions. In this role, you'll methodically collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and systems.You'll evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategic improvements aligned with our organisational goals.
Your responsibilities include translating complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation, facilitating seamless communication between departments and implementation teams, ensuring project deliverables meet business requirements, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.Through your analytical expertise and structured problem-solving approach, you'll help the business optimise operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
You'll work alongside our talented in-house multidisciplinary team including Developers, System Integrators, and Desktop & Applications Support Analysts under the leadership of our Head of IT. Additionally, you'll receive valuable support from our Data & Analytics and Leadership teams to successfully drive key business initiatives forward.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will be immediately available and able to meet the following key responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis roles
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives
- Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills
- Experience with business process mapping and documentation tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop functional specifications and use cases
- Skill in conducting gap analysis and developing recommendation reports
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on practical, implementable solutions
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
