Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role are;
  • Taking the lead with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offering and on boarding new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies to meet their needs.
  • Provide advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure legal compliance will all aspects of recruitment/HR practices.
  • Prepare all new starter documentation and on board all new employees proficiently.
  • Have the capacity to assist with other HR related duties.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following skills;
  • Demonstrate that you are able to work autonomously whilst overseeing the end to end recruitment process Extensive recruitment experience
  • Possess self-motivation and discipline when working independently whilst being able to work collaboratively with a small team
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to apply your knowledge consistently throughout your daily duties.
  • Knowledge across employment law and contract compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities on a daily basis.
  • Previous blue collar recruitment experience (internal or external).
