Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role are;- Taking the lead with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offering and on boarding new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies to meet their needs.
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Ensure legal compliance will all aspects of recruitment/HR practices.
- Prepare all new starter documentation and on board all new employees proficiently.
- Have the capacity to assist with other HR related duties.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following skills;- Demonstrate that you are able to work autonomously whilst overseeing the end to end recruitment process Extensive recruitment experience
- Possess self-motivation and discipline when working independently whilst being able to work collaboratively with a small team
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to apply your knowledge consistently throughout your daily duties.
- Knowledge across employment law and contract compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities on a daily basis.
- Previous blue collar recruitment experience (internal or external).
