Learning Coordinator, Delivery Services ACES Learning and Talent Development
The Learning & Talent Development team is seeking a Learning Coordinator to support our Leadership Development initiatives across AU Delivery Services. This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering learning programs focused on developing current and future leaders across our network.
Key job responsibilitiesTraining Delivery & Program Support
- Coordinate and deliver leadership development programs for leaders
- Support the execution of leadership training sessions and workshops
- Maintain training documentation and participant records
- Track and report program metrics and completion rates
- Support Learning Experience areas for leadership training activities
- Work closely with Operations and support teams to schedule training events
- Coordinate with site leadership for program implementation
- Support regional leadership development initiatives
- Build relationships with site teams to understand development needs
- Escalate barriers to Learning Manager as needed
- Manage training requests through Asana
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance data
- Support material preparation and session logistics
- Track program metrics and create regular reports
- Ensure compliance with training standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in training or learning environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple shifts
- Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and facilitating training programs
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS)
- Skilled in data analysis and visualisation
- 1+ year of learning system management experience, or 2+ years of experience at Amazon
- Excellent oral and written communication skills- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in training or learning environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple shifts
