The Role
Your role as the ICT Support Technician is to provide exceptional technical support to end users, provide great customer service skills and help with training new starters. You will also demonstrate a personable, flexible and can-do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
Your Skills & Experience- Excellent understanding of the M365 stack.
- Experience with Windows Servers.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with SCCM.
- Experience with VMWare.
- Knowledge around basic Networking.
- Ability to problem solve and learn on the job.
- A self-starter who values teamwork.
- Exceptional communication skills.
About you
You can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT Background, combining with your technical insight and previous experience working on a helpdesk to help support customer needs.
