Junior Project Manager (Product Management)

About Our Client

You'll have the opportunity to work with their global teams with offices in New York and Dubai, where no two days are the same!

• Managing the end-to-end product development process from ideation to completion, including research, concept development, testing and production to launch.
• Meeting and collaborating with the product development team on a weekly basis
• Monitoring of timelines, and ensuring we are adhering to schedules
• Present concepts and costings to management for final decision making
• Ensuring projects are remain within budgeted costs, and research cost saving solutions
• Negotiate and communicate with existing suppliers, when required, for regarding pricing or timelines or issues
• Sourcing new suppliers, local and overseas
• Liaise with warehouse team to ensure all products arrive in good condition
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders when needed

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management
• Experience using a project management software such as JIRA or similar.
• Experience in new Product Development field
• Proven track record in project management and organisational proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing and coordinating within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in creative problem-solving techniques.
• Practical, optimistic attitude with adept problem-solving skills.
