About Our Client

They seek a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team and add to the existing culture and success the organisation has secured so far!

Job Description

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Accurately process supplier invoices daily.
Manage AP Invoice and AP Enquiries inbox.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Resolve vendor queries in prompt and courtesy manner.
Submit new vendor requests and verify in line with process.
Liaise and build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Review and complete shipment closures.
Work with suppliers in ensuring invoices are forwarded to nominated email addresses.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer who has experience with relevant AP processes and high volumes of work.

Key competencies include:

At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable functions
Strong communication skills, with great attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
