Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to start immediately on a temporary contract with a possibility of permanency.

Our Client, based in the CBD, is a well-respected organisation which is experiencing an ever-increasing workload while undergoing transformational change.

The Role

Reporting to a motivational and inspirational Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable duties.

Some typical duties will involve:

Accounts Payable
Coding and matching invoices to Purchase Orders
Supplier & internal query resolution
Reconciliations
Finance Reporting of Accounts Payable
Maintain accounts emails
Assist with monthly reporting

This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking a temp to perm opportunity with a quick start.

Your Profile

To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

Strong accounts payable experience preferably in a high volume environment
Strong Attention to detail & accuracy skills
Organisational Skills
Effective communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Work independently and in a team
Able to start immediately
Ability to meet deadlines and hit KPIs
