About the Opportunity:We are looking for experienced and driven Chefs de Partie to join our opening team. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment Japanese cuisine knowledge is highly regarded Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills Understanding of food safety standards Full-time availability.
