The Role
We are currently seeking a Machine Supervisor.
As a Machine Supervisor, you will be responsible for ongoing care and maintenance of the fruit packing production line and processing equipment.
Responsibilities- Set and control the operation of the COMPAC operating system to meet specifications and packing instructions.
- Ensure packing line runs effectively to achieve maximum efficiency
- Liaise with Quality Coordinator to make sure the correct quality standards are met
- Diagnosing both mechanical and electrical faults and helping advise the maintenance supervisor in planning repairs.
- Assist in the management of all packing lines as requested.
- Experience in manufacturing or food processing will be highly regarded.
- Welding ability preferred but not essential.
- Mechanically minded
- Problem solving skills
- Well organised
Salary: $55,000 – $68,000 annually
